Barbara is an artist, metalsmith, jeweler, and enamelist from Green Bay, Wisconsin. With a BA in Art with a minor in Communication of the Arts from UW Green Bay and a MFA in Jewelry and Metals from Kent State University, she has become an instructor of jewelry, enameling, and metalsmithing at The Artisan Business Center of NWTC and has been a professor at UW Green Bay teaching jewelry and metals, drawing, painting, 2-D design, 3-D design, and drawing, a professor of jewelry, enameling, and metals at Kent State University and a professor of enameling at the Cleveland Institute of Art. She has shown across the United States in jewelry, metals, and enameling shows, and at international exhibitions in enameling including multiple times in Tokyo, Japan. Her work has been in many show catalogs, and was included in the 500 Earrings book. She has her work in several galleries in Green Bay and Door County. She has made yearly awards for UW Green Bay, the Rotary Club, and the Vision in Education Award, UW Green Bay.
